Description
-
You are a hero defending part of a walled city. Looking out from the ramparts all that can be seen is the roiling mass of the enemy about to break upon your defences and take your home; killing everyone you know and love.
Out of the smoke and gloom the rumbling of a great siege tower approaches. You yell orders to your troops, calming their fears, stoking their courage. The tower stops. There is a terrible silence punctuated by guttural shouting and oaths from behind the closed ramp. With a crash it falls and the enemy rushes upon you!
Now you must fight, not for survival; to the death!
This Envelope RPG describes a gameplay situation, the setting is limited only by your imagination. It's called an 'Envelope Game' becasue all of the instructions fold down to fit into a DL envelope.
