Description
  • A journaling game where you take your life experiences and create a character

I would love it if you noticed is a solo mindfulness reflection game where you notice something that day and use it to create a character. After two weeks you can overcome obstacles with your character and incorporate them in other games. It's a great tool to help with meditation and observe your life through an outsider's perspective. Features a full journal to keep your thoughts in and document your character's adventures.

Requires only a pencil (or use the fillable pdf) and a six-sided die.

    Simplicity

This role playing game was made for those looking for an escape from this complicated world.

    • Only 3 data tables
    • Journaling is done within the document
    • Less than a page of rules to reference

    Minimal Time

While 'I would love it if you noticed' is meant to be played over the course of two weeks, it only requires 5 minutes of each day to fill out your responses.

    • Track the dates
    • Only a couple of sentences needed
    • Something to reflect on while going about your day

    A Useful Tool
